Business Challenge Simulator
Pick the problem closest to yours. Walk through how I'd diagnose it, what I'd do first under your constraints, the 90-day plan, and how we'd know it worked.
Hypothetical: How Jeddore would approach it. A recommendation, not a past result.A framework and recommendations, not a record of past results. Real work is linked as evidence at the end.
Our sales pipeline is underperforming
Questions I'd ask first
- Do marketing and sales use the same definition of a qualified opportunity?
- At which stage does volume drop most, and is that drop new?
- How fast are new leads contacted, and by whom?
- Which sources produced the deals you won last year?
Data I'd pull
- Stage-to-stage conversion by month
- Lead response time
- Win rate and cycle length by source
- Opportunity aging by stage
Usual root causes
- Inconsistent qualification
- Slow or unowned follow-up
- Budget pointed at volume, not revenue
- Stalled late-stage deals with no next step
The framework
Diagnose before prescribing: the questions and data that separate symptoms from causes. Prioritize by impact against effort, adjusted for real constraints such as budget, team and time. Plan in 30-day phases that each deliver something. Measure leading indicators that move in weeks, and lagging ones that prove the result.
Challenges covered
- Our sales pipeline is underperforming. Not enough qualified opportunities, or deals stall before they close.
- Marketing generates leads but conversion is poor. Lead counts look healthy; sales says the leads are bad.
- Our team spends too much time on manual work. Re-keying, copy-paste between systems, chasing approvals by email.
- We have disconnected systems and unreliable reporting. Every meeting starts with an argument about whose numbers are right.
- We want to implement AI but don't know where to start. Lots of interest, a few pilots, nothing in production.
