This policy explains what information Elaris collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Elaris is made by Jeddore, an independent software studio in Corunna, Ontario, Canada. In this policy, “we” means Jeddore.
Information the app collects
- Your saved game, stored only on your device in the browser’s storage. It is never sent to us.
- Elaris does not ask for an account, your name, your location or any other personal information.
How the information is used
- Your saved game is used only to let you pick up where you left off.
Third-party services
- Google Firebase (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy): the game is hosted on Firebase Hosting and downloads its shared game settings from Cloud Firestore. Like any web server, Firebase may briefly log your IP address and browser details to deliver the game and protect against abuse.
Sharing
- We do not sell or share any information. There are no ads or analytics.
Retention and deletion
- Your save stays on your device until you delete it in the game or clear the site’s data in your browser. Uninstalling the app removes it.
To ask for your information to be deleted, email support@jeddore.com with “Elaris data deletion” in the subject line.
Children
- Elaris is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from any player.
Security
- The game is delivered over HTTPS, and your save never leaves your device.
Your rights
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and withdraw your consent, subject to legal limits. Email support@jeddore.com to make a request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
